As a server working for the 14th largest craft brewing company in the US, you will have a strong knowledge level and experience working in establishments serving a full-service food menu, craft beer, and cocktails ( we will be serving Southern Tier distillery products at our new establishment in addition to craft beer and wine).
You will have a passion for the hospitality business. As a server you are a brand ambassador for Victory and Southern Tier beers and have the ability to give each and every one of our guests a positive, memorable experience during their visit.
