Host/Hostess/Retail

We are now hiring for full-time and part-time Hosts at the Brewers at 4001 Yancey, where the Victory Brewing and Southern Tier Brewing teams have partnered to establish their new 28,000 square feet Charlotte innovation brewery and taproom in the Lower Southend.

As a host working for the 14th largest craft brewing company in the US, you will have a strong knowledge level and experience working in the service industry. Host/hostesses have the opportunity to double as Retail Associates in our merchandise store.

You will have a passion for the hospitality business. As a host you are a brand ambassador for Victory and Southern Tier Brewing and have the ability to give each and every one of our guests a positive, memorable experience during their visit.

You will share in our vision towards becoming a world class organization.
