Server Assistant (Barbacks & Food Runners)

We are now hiring for full-time and part-time Server Assistants at the Brewers at 4001 Yancey, where the Victory Brewing and Southern Tier Brewing teams have partnered to establish their new 28,000 square feet Charlotte innovation brewery and taproom in the Lower Southend.

As a server assistant working for the 14th largest craft brewing company in the US, you will have a strong knowledge level and experience working in establishments with full-service restaurants, craft beer, and cocktails (we will be serving Southern Tier distillery products at our new establishment in addition to craft beer and wine).

You will have a passion for the hospitality business. As part of the front-of-house team, you are a brand ambassador for Victory and Southern Tier beers and have the ability to give each and every one of our guests a positive, memorable experience during their visit.
